Let Only Tenant Introduction
9% + vat (10.8%) of the Initial Term plus Renewal Fee of 4%+ vat (4.8%) of renewed contract value.
Option 2
Tenant Management Service (includes services of option 1)
8% + VAT (9.6%) per calendar month for the duration of the tenancy. First year collected in advance. No Renewal fees.
Option 3
Fully Managed Service (includes services of options 1 & 2)
9%+ vat (10.8%) of the Initial Term followed by 6%+ vat (7.2%) of the monthly rental. No Renewal fees.
Tenant eviction service from £2500 +vat, quotation on request.
