My name is Martin Wheeler, I have lived in North West London for over 30 years. I am also a full time Landlord and I am offering you my services as your 'Private Lettings Agent'.
Over the past 15 years my wife and I have invested in our own self-managed property portfolio, focusing on desirable properties and successful tenancies. They were named after and built by some of the wealthy land owners of Hampstead in the late 1800's. Two hundred years ago the area South of Hampstead was rural countryside and enroute from Hampstead Heath to The City of London and London's West End. West Hampstead was formerly an old farming settlement called West End and changed to it's current name to avoid confusion with it's central London counterpart. Hampstead Heath is a true gem in world cities. Not only is it a naturally beautiful place it has a fascinating history for visitors and residents to enjoy.

Finally, I moved to the area as a school child in 1980 attending Holy Trinity on Finchley Road.
